We love to garden here at MAD, it is a family activity. I think kids should know where their food comes from and there is no better way to learn then by being hands on. I found this very neat Garden Guide for kids that is packed with information, games, activities and more. It is only 10 pages, and at least for me, well worth the ink to print out. Even if you don't print it off, you can do a lot of the activities like trying to find a worms neck!!! (yes they do have one!)
