FREE Movies for the WHOLE family!
Looking for something fun and free to do on the weekend as a family? Well if you live in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan or Missouri then I have just the thing for you! Goodrich Quality Theaters are having a Free Fall Movies series. Movies are at 9am and 10am, Sat. and Sun. and free for ALL ages. Yup, even we parents get in free!
In select theaters they are also adding a 9:30 am Saturday, Lights up sound down show, for children with Autism. How great is that! So check out the Free Fall Movies and see if there is a theater near you! There is one near us and I can't wait for Ice Age 4!

Brave
I so can't wait for this to hit our local mom and pop theater! We love our mom and pop because of the great prices, so we have to wait a little longer to see things. Brave looks like a winner. It is set in the highlands of 10th centery Scotland. The princess, Merida, defies an age-old custom, causing chaos in her kingdom. A girly girl she is not and that is what I love about this storyline. I think it is great to have an action movie with the girl as the hero! Check out the trailer .......
Here are some tie in activities you can print and do before going to the movie. The kit includes recipies, mazes, playsets and more. Have a Brave party before you go to get your little ones excited!

Get Crack-a-lackin!
They're BACK! That's right folk, Alex, Marty, Gloria, and Melman are still trying to get back to the Big Apple and this time they find themselves in Europe. All the reviews point to another great movie.
You can check out all the fun on DreamWorks Madagascar 3 website. Here you will find videos, downloads, games and more.
And if you really want to have a crack-a-lackin good time, check out this party pack we here at MAD had the opportunity to use to party down via Crowdtap. This thing is jam packed with activities including a zebra cake recipe, face painting ideas, masks, games and more. So party Madagascar style! We would love to see photos and hear about your version of a Madagascar 3 party!

Disney Printable - UP Adventure Book
Based on the movie UP, this printable Adventure Book is awesome! It is filled with activities that will keep your children busy for a while. And I don't mean coloring and dot to dot.... I mean real activities they can do and have fun with. And when they complete each activity there are badges they get to glue in. This is VERY cute. Check it out!

Arthur Christmas the movie
Well we ( my son and his friend) just got back from seeing Arthur Christmas. I think we all gave it a two thumbs up and some ho ho hos. Very cute movie indeed. I personally LOVE Grandpa Santa while the boys were thrilled with the elfs. I would say it is definitely a fun family movie.
